- 250 g chestnut flour
- 5 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pour the chestnut flour into a bowl.
- Add sugar and baking powder, mix and form a well. Pour in the milk and oil.
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Add the yolks into the well and mix.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff then delicately blend them into the preparation.
- Place in the oven (gas mark 6) for about 30 minutes.
