- 250g of chestnut flour
- 5 eggs
- 200g of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Pour the chestnut flour into a bowl.
- Add sugar and baking powder, mix and form a well. Pour in the milk and oil.
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Add the yolks into the well, and mix.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, and then gently fold into the preparation.
- Place in the oven (gas mark 6) for about 30 minutes.
