Aniseed Canistrelli

Preparation time: 20 minutes. 

Cooking time: 45 minutes.

 

Ingredients :

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 400 g of sugar
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 Sackets of yeast
  • 30 cl of oil
  • 20 cl of white wine
  • 10 cl of pastis
  • 2 tablespoons of aniseed

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead until getting a big ball.
  3. Spread the dough and cut in strips of about 1cm of thickness and put them on baking paper.
  4. Dust with sugar and put in the oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Take them out of the oven, cut them in staggered row and put in the oven for more 20 minutes.
