- 1 kg figs with green peel
- 1 puff pastry
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 20 g butter
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Wash the figs, drain them off well and take of the stalks. Then, cut the figs in slices.
- Spread the pastry in a tart tin and place delicately the fig slices.
- Spread the honey above it and put some bits of butter.
- Finish by dusting the top with sugar.
- Let the pie cook for about 25 minutes.
