Figs with Corsican honey

Preparation time: 2 min. Cooking time: 8 min.

Ingredients:

  • 8 figs
  • 25 g butter
  • 3 tablespoons Corsican honey

 

Préparation :

  1. Wash the figs, remove their stems and cut them into four parts.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the figs and cook them for 3 minutes on low fire.
  3. Add honey and keep cooking for 5 minutes until obtaining a syrupy sauce.
  4. Serve the honey figs lukewarm and coated with the sauce.

Le + : it goes well with a scoop of brocciu ice cream!
