Preparation time: 2 min. Cooking time: 8 min.
- 8 figs
- 25 g butter
- 3 tablespoons Corsican honey
- Wash the figs, remove their stems and cut them into four parts.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the figs and cook them for 3 minutes on low fire.
- Add honey and keep cooking for 5 minutes until obtaining a syrupy sauce.
- Serve the honey figs lukewarm and coated with the sauce.
Le + : it goes well with a scoop of brocciu ice cream!
