Preparation time : 10 min. Cooking time: 5 min.
- 200 g plain flour
- 50 g hazelnut flour
- 50 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 50 cl milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Sift the flours and mix it with some milk.
Dig a hole and add the eggs, the melted butter and the salt.
Pour progressively the remaining milk while stirring to obtain a creamy mix.
Blend and let it rest for 1 hour.
Oil your crêpe pan with a paper towel..
Heat the pan. Let the mix fry on both sides and savour it.
