Hazelnut flour crêpes

Preparation time : 10 min. Cooking time: 5 min.

Ingredients :

  • 200 g plain flour
  • 50 g hazelnut flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 cl milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

 

Preparation :

  1. Sift the flours and mix it with some milk.

  2. Dig a hole and add the eggs, the melted butter and the salt.

  3. Pour progressively the remaining milk while stirring to obtain a creamy mix.

  4. Blend and let it rest for 1 hour.

  5. Oil your crêpe pan with a paper towel..

  6. Heat the pan. Let the mix fry on both sides and savour it.
