The village is located right into the heart of Castagniccia.
From the magnificent Baroque church of Saint Margaret, a path will lead you to the superb Struccia waterfall, with its 15 m drop and its emerald pool. To get there, turn left when in the church square. You will first come across « l’Onda » fountain, to arrive then, 100 metres away, to the waterfall.
The village is known for its legendary secular sweet chestnut tree and its frightening shapes, named « Mal’ Cunciliu » and mentioned in an edition written by Jean-Claude Rogliano, an inhabitant who lived in the towers of Tevola
