Piazzole

Stones from the village of «Francolaccia» are said to have been used to build Piazzole.

A lack of water and an invasion of fumiguloni (large black ants), are said to have led to this relocation. Piazzole church is of particular interest: its chestnut wooden door is said to have been carved by a repentant bandit who was hiding in the bell tower.
